Marc Julien Homes – Luxury Homes in South Florida

Posted by on Wednesday, September 19th, 2012 at 9:52am.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with one of South Florida’s Luxury home builders, Marc Julien.

Marc has taken the Delray Beach area and custom luxury building, to an entirely different level with architecture and interior design that will stand the test of time.  The company offers spec homes and custom builds in the Boca Raton, Delray Beach and surrounding communities.  Marc has several stunning projects currently in development.

In the Delray Beach area, there are several gorgeous projects under way, including 2 homes in the Bankers Row area, which will be two semidetached Key West style properties, which will include approximately 2800 sq ft of living space.  Move over to the popular Historic Del Ida area in Delray Beach, and there of the four lots he purchased, they have already sold two. These homes will include 3000 sq ft of casual contemporary living.  Lake Ida, another highly desirable location in Delray Beach will soon be showcasing Marc Julien’s luxury single family homes of which only one of the three properties is still available.

Marc says that the current trend for new home construction and custom builds is “Casual Contemporary”, many of his stunning homes feature, metal roofs, light colored engineered wood flooring and that fabulous outdoor living space that makes living and loving life in South Florida all the worthwhile.

North of Delray Beach is the Town of Gulfstream, and Marc Julien Homes has an absolutely magnificent custom build project on the intracoastal that is currently being built and all you can say is “Wow” when you see this magnificent custom build.
